About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our Cork disability services team. You’ll work with adults with various disabilities, supporting them to achieve their goals and live life on their own terms.
What You’ll Do
- Support clients with daily living activities
- Accompany clients on community outings and activities
- Assist with personal care where required
- Support clients in developing life skills
- Help clients pursue hobbies and interests
- Provide transport to appointments and activities
- Document support provided
The People You’ll Support
Our clients include people with:
- Intellectual disabilities
- Autism spectrum conditions
- Physical disabilities
- Acquired brain injuries
- Mental health conditions
Each person has unique goals, interests, and support needs. You’ll work as part of a team to help them thrive.

Hours Available
- Part-time hours (15-30 hours/week)
- Mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
- Some overnight shifts available

Requirements
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare/Social Care or working towards
- Experience supporting people with disabilities preferred
- Patient and person-centered approach
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Own transport essential
